Hire qualified online teachers — with no upfront cost

Since 2018, Online Teaching Central (formerly Online English Teaching) has connected education companies with thousands of teachers worldwide.

We know what teachers are looking for — because we are teachers. That’s why companies trust us to find the right applicants quickly, and why teachers trust us to listen when we recommend opportunities.

For most companies, that means helping them hire qualified teachers. But we also work with select partners whose products or services make teachers’ work — and lives — easier.

 FAQs

  • It depends on your company’s needs and tracking setup. Most often, we’re paid when a teacher is hired, but some partners prefer earlier milestones (like qualified email signups) or later ones (after a teacher has taught a few classes). For companies offering products or services, conversions can be defined as a signup, purchase, or other measurable action instead of a hire.

  • Fees scale with the depth of the process and the strictness of your requirements. For example, a teaching position open to fluent English speakers with no degree will carry a lower fee than one requiring a 120-hour TESOL, a teaching license, and several years of experience. For products or services, fees depend on the type of action tracked (e.g., email lead vs. paid purchase).

  • We usually set partnerships for a quarter or a year. Since there’s no upfront cost, there’s no need for a trial period — you only pay for successful conversions, whether that means a hire or another agreed upon action.

  • We actively promote your opportunity, not just once. That includes a dedicated profile page that builds organic traffic over time, placement on our Online Teaching Jobs page, and ongoing mentions in our “Who’s Hiring?” email blasts. If you need a fast influx of teachers (or customers for a service), we can also run dedicated blasts at our discretion, in addition to the free one you receive when entering a referral relationship with us.

  • Referral agreements are designed for ongoing hiring needs or consistent product/service promotion. If you’re only filling a handful of positions — or want a one-time campaign — our paid marketing options may be a better fit.

  • Yes. We only enter into referral partnerships with companies that use reliable, testable affiliate tracking systems. This ensures transparency and fairness for both sides.

If your company doesn’t use affiliate tracking, we can still work together through our paid marketing options.
